1. Your carrier's standard messaging rates apply to your entry or submission message, our confirmation and all subsequent SMS correspondence. Please contact your carrier for all sms and mms message rates.
2. We will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.
3. Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your cell phone number, your carrier's name, your zip code, your email address and the date, time and content of your messages. We use this information to contact you to provide the services you request from us.
4. The SMS service is available on these US carriers only: Alltel, AT&T, Boost, Cellular One, Cingular, Dobson, Nextel, Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon.
5. For personal Use Only!
6. You will be sent two text messages for every one gas price you request. One text will include the gas prices the other will be a sponser text.
7. These terms and conditions may be changed or updated at anytime by FuelGo.com
